All Lift Academy Programs require a minimum commitment of 6 months. This period is designed to give you the structure, guidance, and support needed to build sustainable, long-term results.
Payments may be made either in full or through an agreed split payment arrangement via credit card or bank transfer. By enrolling, you agree to complete the full payment for the program regardless of usage, participation level, or personal circumstances.
All coaching services, including your training plan, nutrition guidance, onboarding, and app access, are prepared and made available upon completion of onboarding. By proceeding, you acknowledge that these services are delivered at that point. Access to any part of the program constitutes delivery of service.
If a split payment plan is selected, all scheduled payments must be completed on time. Any missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access to the program and may be subject to collection procedures to recover the outstanding balance. Lift Academy reserves the right to take appropriate action to recover any unpaid balances in accordance with applicable laws.
Upfront Payment Clients
For clients who have paid in full for any Lift Academy program, your payment covers the full agreed coaching duration of either 6 months or 12 months.
There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges after the program ends. If you wish to continue coaching beyond your initial term, this will require a new agreement and separate payment.
All upfront payments are subject to the terms outlined in the Cancellation and Refund Policies. Once the program has begun, payments are non-refundable and the full program term remains in effect regardless of participation level.
8-Week Shred Challenge
Clients who enroll in The 8-Week Shred Challenge will pay a one-time fee that covers the full duration of the program. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges after the 8-week period.
If you wish to continue coaching beyond the challenge, this will require a separate enrollment and payment.
All payments made for the 8-Week Shred Challenge are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policies. Once the program has begun, fees are non-refundable regardless of participation level or personal circumstances.
1. Our Commitment to You
A. Confidentiality
Any information disclosed to us, or any of our employees or representatives, will be kept strictly confidential. Your personal details and medical information will not be shared with any third parties without your prior consent.
B. Recommendations
Through the use of our professional judgment and experience, we will be suggesting certain lifestyle changes incorporating exercise that we strongly believe will align with and help you achieve your personal goals. If at any stage through our supervision you have specific requests, we will use our professional judgment in assessing and accommodating them where appropriate.
C. Referral
We intend to work with you within the scope of our professional knowledge and competencies as a certified and suitably insured exercise professional. If throughout your time under our supervision, we determine that it is in your best interests to be referred to another health professional, we will do so appropriately.
D. Consent for Use of Body Composition Data for Marketing Purposes
I acknowledge and agree that my body composition information, including progress photos, weight, muscle mass, sleep data, step count, body fat percentage, and other relevant metrics, may be used, reproduced, and distributed by Lift Academy and Martin Jairus Menor for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, website content, advertisements, and other digital or print materials.
This consent is granted without expectation of compensation. Lift Academy reserves the right to edit, format, or modify such content for marketing purposes, provided that such edits do not misrepresent the results achieved.
Privacy Option:
I understand that I have the right to request that identifiable information, such as my name or face, be hidden or anonymized in any marketing material. Such requests must be made in writing and will apply only to future materials.
Exception:
Unlike the rest of this agreement, which applies only during my coaching period, this consent will remain valid even after my program has ended unless I formally withdraw my consent in writing.
2. Check-Ins
Check-ins are essential to keep you accountable and ensure you are adhering to the program and its guidelines while enrolled in Lift Academy.
You will be informed of your designated check-in day. On this day, you are required to submit your progress updates, including photos, measurements, and all required information through the progress tracker, following the instructions provided.
If for any reason you are unable to complete your check-in on the scheduled day, you must inform the team in advance and submit your check-in prior to your assigned day where possible.
Failure to submit consistent and accurate check-ins may limit the effectiveness of the coaching service, and Lift Academy will not be held responsible for lack of progress resulting from incomplete or inconsistent reporting.
3. Your Responsibility to Us
A. Disclosure of Information
You must disclose all health information as requested during the initial consultation to ensure we are fully informed of anything that may impact or alter how we work with you.
You are required to keep us updated on any changes to your overall health throughout the program. This includes all medical conditions, whether physical or mental, injuries, allergies, and any prescribed medication.
If necessary and if requested, you may be required to seek clearance from a qualified medical professional before participating in the exercise or nutrition program provided.
B. Your Acceptance of Potential Risks
You acknowledge that physical exercise, even when performed under guidance, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or in extreme cases, death.
You also acknowledge that any dietary adjustments, calorie targets, and macronutrient recommendations may carry potential risks depending on your individual condition and adherence.
You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a qualified medical professional prior to starting this program, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions or concerns.
By proceeding, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate, or have obtained appropriate medical clearance where necessary.
C. Release of Liability
You hereby release and hold harmless Martin Jairus Menor, Lift Academy, its coaches, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation in this program.
You acknowledge that by following the workout routines and nutritional guidance provided, you voluntarily assume the risk of potential injury or adverse effects.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Martin Jairus Menor and Lift Academy against any claims of injury, damage, or loss associated with your participation.
4. Essential Protocols to Follow
You are required to follow the core protocols of the program to ensure accurate tracking, proper coaching adjustments, and optimal results.
This includes consistently completing your Lift Academy progress tracker on a weekly basis, logging your body weight daily, and tracking your average daily steps throughout the week. These data points are essential for evaluating progress and making informed adjustments to your program.
You are required to upload progress photos on a weekly basis, as instructed. These photos are a critical component of assessing changes in body composition over time. While you are not required to evaluate or interpret your own progress, it is your responsibility to ensure that clear and consistent photos are submitted so your coach can accurately assess and compare results.
You are expected to follow your prescribed training program and report your adherence each week, including how many of your scheduled workouts and cardio sessions were completed. This allows your coach to determine whether adjustments are necessary.
You are also required to follow your assigned nutrition plan and consistently work towards hitting your prescribed calorie and macronutrient targets throughout the week. Adherence to your nutrition targets is a key factor in achieving your desired results, and failure to do so may impact your progress.
You are required to follow the sleep and recovery guidelines provided by your coach. This includes maintaining the recommended sleep duration and, where applicable, adhering to the suggested sleep schedule or sleeping hours tailored to you. Recovery and stress management are critical components of the program, and poor adherence in these areas may negatively impact performance, recovery, and overall results.
Lift Academy will review your progress and level of adherence on a weekly basis. If you would like to request any changes to your program, these should be raised during your check-in.
Failure to follow these protocols or provide accurate and consistent data may limit the effectiveness of the coaching service. Lift Academy will not be held responsible for lack of progress resulting from non-adherence or incomplete reporting.
5. Contact with Your Coach
Coaching support is available during the following hours (Philippine Time): Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. There is no scheduled support on Sundays and public holidays.
All client communications will be responded to within one (1) business day during the stated coaching hours. Messages sent outside of these hours will be attended to on the next available business day.
Please note that response times may vary depending on message volume and the nature of the inquiry. Weekly check-ins serve as the primary structure for detailed feedback and program adjustments.
As part of operational standards, each coach at Lift Academy is entitled to a pro-rated amount of leave equivalent to three (3) weeks per year. To minimize disruption, no more than seven (7) consecutive days of leave will be taken at one time under normal circumstances.
If a coach’s scheduled leave overlaps with Philippine non-working holidays, those days may be rescheduled within the same week.
All coaches are required to take a mandatory leave period of up to seven (7) days between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day each year. Any days affected by this leave will be added to the end of the client’s program duration at no additional cost.
5.1 Coach Transition Policy
In the event that your assigned coach becomes unavailable due to resignation, reassignment, leave, or unforeseen circumstances, Lift Academy will ensure a transition by assigning a new coach within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmation.
If the transition occurs during a recognized holiday period or operational downtime, the reassignment process may take up to five (5) business days.
Client Success or the support team will reach out to you within twenty-four (24) hours of being notified of the change to provide updates and support during the transition.
During this period, your access to the program, training plan, and coaching resources will remain uninterrupted, and all relevant information will be transferred to ensure continuity of service.
For each day that you remain without an assigned coach beyond the stated timeframe, one (1) additional day will be added to your coaching duration at no additional cost.
No refunds will be issued during a coach transition period, as Lift Academy remains committed to delivering the agreed service through reassignment and continuity measures.
All standard terms, including cancellation and refund policies, remain in effect during this period.

All Lift Academy testimonials and results are from real clients who have followed the programs provided by our team. While many clients achieve significant results, individual outcomes will vary depending on factors such as consistency, adherence, lifestyle, and individual differences.
Lift Academy does not guarantee specific results. We do not claim that you will achieve the same results as any other individual. Our goal is to help you achieve the best possible results based on your own circumstances and level of adherence.
The Lift Academy team consists of licensed and certified personal trainers and nutrition coaches. However, we are not licensed medical professionals. All training, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance provided is for general fitness and educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
You are strongly advised to consult with a qualified medical professional prior to beginning any program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.
By participating in any Lift Academy program, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Lift Academy, Martin Jairus Menor, and all coaches, employees, and representatives will not be held liable for any injury, illness, adverse health outcomes, or damages arising from participation in the program.
Program Delivery & Start Date
Program Delivery refers to the onboarding phase where your personalized coaching plan is created and made available. This includes your training program, nutrition targets, goal setting, recovery guidelines, and access to all tracking tools and resources.
Program Delivery is considered complete once onboarding has been conducted and access to these materials has been granted. Access to the program constitutes delivery of service.
Program Start Date refers to the official start of your coaching schedule, which begins on an agreed Monday. This is when structured implementation, weekly check-ins, and active coaching begin.
The time between Program Delivery and Program Start may vary depending on scheduling. Clients will retain full access to their program during this period.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request to cancel their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice.
Cancellation of participation does not automatically entitle the client to a refund. Any applicable refunds, charges, or remaining payment obligations will be governed by the Refund Policy outlined below.
For clients on a split payment arrangement, all remaining scheduled payments must still be fulfilled unless otherwise stated under the Refund Policy.
Refund Policy
All payments made for the online coaching program are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
Before Program Delivery (Onboarding):
If a refund is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled onboarding session, the client will receive a refund less a ₱4,000 processing fee.
After Program Delivery but Before Program Start:
If a refund is requested after onboarding has been completed but before the official program start date, the client will receive a refund less a ₱15,000 processing and onboarding fee.
After Program Delivery and After Program Start:
If a refund is requested after the program has officially started, the client will receive a refund less a ₱15,000 processing and onboarding fee, plus a prorated charge based on the portion of the program already consumed.
For the purpose of this agreement, the program is considered consumed on a monthly basis, and any started month will be counted as a full month.
Coaching services and program access will remain available to the client until the end of the paid month.
If total applicable fees and prorated charges exceed the amount paid, no refund will be issued.
Split Payment Clause:
For clients on a split payment arrangement, any approved refund will be calculated against the total program fee, not just the amount paid to date. Approval of a refund does not cancel or void any remaining payment obligations. The client remains responsible for settling any outstanding balance after all applicable fees and prorated charges have been applied.
Exceptional Cases:
Refund requests due to verified medical emergencies or serious unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed and may be adjusted at Lift Academy’s discretion.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy and understand that coaching services are time-based and cannot be returned once delivered or accessed.
Delivery Policy
Upon successful enrollment, you will receive a confirmation along with access to onboarding requirements, including a health and lifestyle assessment.
Your personalized coaching plan will be prepared and delivered during onboarding. This includes your training program, nutrition plan, targets, and access to all tracking tools.
Program delivery is guaranteed within 7 days from completion of onboarding requirements. Delays caused by incomplete onboarding requirements from the client may extend this timeline.
Website Use and Platform Terms
By using the Lift Academy website and any associated digital platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Lift Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last Amended” date. Continued use of the website or platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You agree that all information provided by you is accurate and kept up to date. Lift Academy may use this information to contact you in relation to your account, program, or services.
All content made available through Lift Academy, including but not limited to training programs, nutrition plans, videos, documents, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Lift Academy. These materials are licensed for individual use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or transferred to any third party without prior written permission.
Any attempt to share login credentials, distribute program materials, or otherwise exploit the content for commercial or non-commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Lift Academy reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website or platform, in part or in full, if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
While Lift Academy makes reasonable efforts to ensure the website and platform operate correctly, there may be instances of downtime, errors, or interruptions due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. Lift Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
In accordance with the Philippines Cybercrime Prevention Act (RA 10175), you agree not to misuse the website or platform in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious software, or engaging in any activity that may harm the platform or its users.
Retention of Your Information
Lift Academy will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of your program and comply with legal and operational obligations.
The duration of retention is determined based on factors such as the nature of the data, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal requirements.
Personal data will be stored securely and will not be retained in an identifiable form longer than necessary.
Upon completion of your program, your personal data may be deleted from our systems. If you would like your data to be retained for future enrollment or continuity purposes, you may submit a request in writing.
